DORS+ Offer Portal – Terms & Conditions

If the police have offered you a course as an alternative to prosecution for a road traffic offence, you can use the www.offer.ndors.org.uk website to register your acceptance of the course offer and find/choose a Course Provider. You will then be able to book a course, either online or by telephone, with the Course Provider you have chosen.

Physical classroom courses will require you to travel to the course venue/location so you need to book a venue you are able to travel to and from on the day of your course.

Virtual (online) courses can be booked with any course provider as you attend from home.

It is your responsibility to book and complete a course before the Expiry Date detailed on your Course Offer letter. Your course offer letter from the police will indicate how long you have got to book and pay for your course and how long you then have to attend/complete your course.

Acceptance of the offer is an agreement for your details to be held on a national database of course attendees for a period of 3 and a half years to determine your eligibility for a future Course Offer.
