You received an ID card in the mail. You need to show your ID card every time you see your dentist. You may want to keep the ID card in your wallet or take a picture of it and store it in your smartphone.
Lost your card? Get a copy on the secure Member Website or on the myDentaQuest Mobile App.
You may qualify for extra benefits for staying up to date with your child's dental care.
